Steve is the founder of multiple professional services businesses spanning acquisition search, financial & legal staffing, and fractional CFO advisory.

He established Origin IQ in 2021 on a simple premise: acquisition search should not be a junior-led add-on to corporate finance advisory, but a focused, senior-led discipline that creates genuine competitive advantage.

By concentrating exclusively on off-market origination, Origin IQ delivers stronger, better-aligned pipelines and access to opportunities others do not see.  This is driven by an undistracted commitment to acquisition search, distinct from the priorities of corporate finance and investment banking teams with board-level, entrepreneurial directors leading every mandate.

When he’s not working you’ll find Steve outside chasing after his two boys or trying to fit in a game of padel.
