Nisa Boutouil

Nisa is experienced in mergers and acquisitions research and business analysis, supporting the development of structured insights and data-led research projects.

At Origin IQ, Nisa works within the research team delivering acquisition search mandates for private equity firms, corporates and growth-focused businesses. She is responsible for conducting end-to-end research across each project, including market mapping, identifying and profiling potential acquisition targets, analysing company information and building structured datasets that support the development of qualified off-market deal pipelines.

Prior to joining Origin IQ, Nisa gained experience in research and consulting roles, leading data gathering, analysis and reporting for commercial projects while developing client-facing research outputs and presentations to support strategic advisory engagements.

Nisa holds a First Class Master’s degree in Business, Management and Consultancy from Manchester Metropolitan University and brings strong analytical and research skills to the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets.

When she’s not working you’ll find Nisa with her little boy and his Dad at the park feeding the ducks or at a live music event (if she's found the time!).
