Mark Davidson

Mark has extensive M&A experience, having led a significant volume of buy and sell-side transactions in the £2m - £100m Enterprise Value range.  

Mark combines senior corporate development (in-house M&A), business ownership and corporate finance advisory experience, having led his own corporate finance firm, and consequently offers an informed perspective from both sides of the deal table.

As a qualified accountant by background and MBA holder, Mark has spent over 20 years in the healthcare sector, including senior roles at Johnson & Johnson, Mölnlycke AB and Halma plc.

At Origin IQ, Mark works closely with private equity houses, PE-backed portfolio businesses and corporates to deliver high-volume, high-quality pipelines to those seeking inorganic growth.  

When he’s not working, you’ll find Mark either on the golf course or busy keeping his kids entertained.
