Emma takes a leading role in Origin IQ’s outreach and engagement with businesses specifically identified by our clients as potential acquisition targets. 

If you hear from Emma, it is because an Origin IQ client has asked us to approach your business on their behalf. Through confidential conversations, she establishes whether you would be open to exploring a potential acquisition by our client and, where there is mutual interest, helps progress discussions to the next stage.

She brings a background in relationship management and business development within professional services. At Origin IQ, she draws on this experience to engage with business owners, understand their priorities and communicate our clients’ interest clearly.

As an initial point of contact, Emma gives owners the opportunity to ask questions, discuss their circumstances and consider whether a conversation about the future of their business would be worthwhile, in light of our client's interest in their business. Her role is to help establish whether there is a basis for further discussion, with discretion and respect for each owner’s position and timing.
